Bank of Baroda (BOB) has officially announced the recruitment of 2500 Local Bank Officers (LBO) under the Junior Management Grade/Scale-I category. The application process is currently open and will close on July 24, 2025. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to avoid last-minute hassles.

Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline and have at least one year of experience as an officer in either a Scheduled Commercial Bank or a Regional Rural Bank. The age criteria set for applicants is between 21 to 30 years, with applicable age relaxations as per government norms.
The selection process for the Bank of Baroda LBO positions includes a computer-based test (CBT), a local language proficiency test, a psychometric test, group discussions, and a personal interview. Successful candidates will start with a basic monthly pay of ₹48,480, in addition to other permissible allowances.
Applicants are advised to ensure they meet the local language requirements for the state they are applying to. The application fee for General/OBC/EWS candidates is ₹850, whereas SC/ST/PwD/ESM/Women candidates need to pay ₹175.
