In Madurai, a significant number of candidates, approximately 61,000 from 73,809 registered, attended the exam. This high attendance rate underscores the exam’s critical role in state government recruitment. Security measures were stringent, with the deployment of 11 flying squads and 72 mobile units ensuring a fair examination environment.

The difficulty level across sections was not uniform. The Aptitude & Mental Ability section was notably tough, posing challenges to many candidates, while the General Studies and Tamil Eligibility Test sections were rated as moderate. This variability in difficulty could influence the cut-off marks, with expectations of a slight reduction, especially for open category candidates.

As candidates await the official answer key and cut-off details, they are encouraged to check the TNPSC’s official portal for timely updates. The outcome of this exam will determine eligibility for over 3,935 vacancies in various administrative positions such as VAO, Junior Assistant, and Typist.
