RSMSSB VDO Recruitment 2025: Application Deadline Extended to 25 July

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has officially extended the application period for the Village Development Officer (VDO) recruitment 2025. The new deadline to submit applications is now 25 July 2025, providing additional time for candidates to apply for one of the 850 available positions.
Applications must be submitted online through the RSMSSB portal or the Rajasthan SSO portal. The application window, which opened on 19 June 2025, will remain active until the night of 25 July 2025. This extension is an opportunity for more graduates who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18–40 years as of 1 January 2026, with age relaxations for reserved categories.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation plus DOEACC O-Level, COPA, DPCS, Diploma in CS/CA, or RS-CIT certificate.
The selection process for the VDO posts includes an OMR-based written examination scheduled for 31 August 2025, followed by document verification. This recruitment drive aims to fill positions in both non-scheduled areas (683 posts) and scheduled areas (167 posts).
