RRB Announces 2024 Tentative Exam Dates for ALP, Technician, and More

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the tentative dates for major exams in 2024. Key exams for positions like Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Technician, and RPF Sub Inspector (SI) are scheduled to begin in November and December 2024. Candidates who have applied for these positions can start preparing as the dates approach.

According to the RRB, CBT-1 exams will be held in multiple sessions to accommodate the high number of applicants. This exam will help fill roles in several departments, including technical and protective services. Candidates will be able to view their exam city and date 10 days before their scheduled exam. The admit cards, crucial for entry, will be released 4 days before the respective exam date.

In addition, candidates should note that the Aadhaar-based biometric verification is mandatory at the exam centers. This added security ensures the authenticity of each applicant and reduces the chances of impersonation.
