Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), a subsidiary of CSL, has invited online applications for 8 Executive Trainee positions in Engineering and IT disciplines. This is a great opportunity for young graduates aiming to join the maritime sector.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or equivalent; M.Sc/MCA for IT.
- Experience Requirements: No prior experience required. Freshers meeting the educational and age criteria are eligible.
- Upper age limit: 27 years as on August 20, 2025. Relaxations apply as per government norms.
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹50,000/month during training. Upon successful completion, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers (E-1 Grade) with a CTC of approximately ₹11 lakhs per annum.
