Bank of Baroda LBO 2025 Apply Online Last Date Extended to August 3

More time for applicants to submit their applications.

The Bank of Baroda has officially extended the application deadline for its Local Bank Officer (LBO) recruitment to August 3, 2025, allowing prospective candidates additional time to apply. This decision, as announced by the Chief General Manager (HRM & Marketing), comes after considering feedback from applicants and the high demand for these positions.

Interested candidates can now register online and complete their application fees by the new deadline. This extension applies to a total of 2,500 LBO positions available across 18 Indian states, aiming to attract graduates with relevant banking experience.

The eligibility criteria include a graduation degree and at least one year’s officer-level experience in scheduled commercial or regional rural banks. Notably, applicants from specific Northeastern states have been given a relaxation in the local language requirement, enhancing inclusivity in the recruitment process.

The selection process for the LBO role comprises several stages, including an online written exam, a language proficiency test, a psychometric assessment, group discussions or interviews, and final document verification and medical examination.
